Xavier has been with Best/White since March 2000. Main responsibilities include site selection, consulting, and brokerage services. Before joining the company, Xavier promoted Las Americas Industrial Park in Juarez, one of the newest parks in the city. Before that, he was in charge of an economic development program formed by the State of Chihuahua and the business community of the State called Chihuahua Now! This program was committed to promote the State of Chihuahua and to attract foreign companies into the State

Xavier has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Xavier is married and lives with his wife and three daughters in Juarez, México.
