Eduardo began his career specializing in industrial transactions in the State of Chihuahua, Mexico. He is responsible for assisting clients with lease negotiation, lease versus purchase analysis, lease renegotiations, sale lease backs, site selection, build-to-suits, and strategic consulting. He has established a strong reputation in North Central Mexico as a tenant representative.
Education
Eduardo has a Civil Engineering degree from the Technological Institute of Monterrey (Mexico) and a MBA in Latin American Commercial Real Estate Markets from the Polytechnic University of Madrid in Spain.
